Hello fellow coaches

I’m in a particular situation with one client. Her parents only paid me for half of the month term session.

My policy is very clear. Everyone pays the month rate, if you miss a lesson that’s too bad. No make up or reimbursements. I can’t have students canceling lessons on a weekly basis and not show up to training. I assume that they are away for the winter holidays but I’m just guessing.

The hard part is, they didn’t even explain to me why they only paid half their bill. I now have to ask her why I only received half the payment and put my foot down. I’m prepared to ask them to leave unless I receive full payment

Honestly hate parents 90% of the time.
