Lyte Weekend Swap Issue

So since Coachella moved to April 2022, I used Lyte to switch my weekend 2 passes to weekend one. I have emails from 2022 and even as recently as July 2021 confirming I was still on the waitlist.

I just got an email from Lyte that I never swapped for weekend one and that I had canceled it august 17th. I don’t have any emails from Lyte with the “magic link” to log in or confirming the cancellation.

So it’s clear something was messed up. Anyone else have this issue?

I have 4 weekend 2 VIP passes i want to swap for weekend one or sell for face value.
