Hi all,
Every year around this time we get an influx of frantic posts about shipping emails and wristbands. Fear not, the festival is still 6 weeks away and wristbands JUST started shipping.
Weekend 1 W1tickets started shipping on Tuesday, 2/25. It’ll take a few weeks for them to complete shipping for the entire weekend. If you have not received a shipping email or your wristbands by [maybe] the last week of March then I’d contact Festival Ticketing.
Weekend 2 Edit: W2 started shipping on 3/2 and, like weekend 1, will take a few weeks to compete. If you haven’t received your email or wristbands by the first week of April then you can contact Festival Ticketing.
They typically ship wristbands in a certain order. I believe they do presale with just tickets first, then presale with add ons (camping, parking passes, etc.), then general sale tickets, then general sale with add ons. Lyte is a newer thing, so not really sure when those tickets will ship. Apparently Amex ships later.
You can log into your account and view the status of your order. It should go awaiting fulfillment > in process > shipped.
If you bought your tickets on stubhub you will receive yours a little later than everyone else. Remember, Coachella needs to ship them to the original buyer, then they need to ship them to you. They also have an area set up near the festival and if you don’t receive your wristband in time or if it doesn’t work for whatever reason they will replace it.
Regardless, if you bought your tickets through Festival Ticketing, Lyte or Stubhub you are in a great spot and will receive your tickets. All of these are legit ways of obtaining tickets.
Yay! It’s almost here!
