So a couple of weeks ago Lyte sent out an email stating they could no longer fulfill weekend 1 ticket requests. As most of you know, when you sign up on Lyte they require you to input your card information and you agree to be charged as soon as they find you a ticket. You need to take yourself off the waitlist if you find a ticket elsewhere. However, their email made it sound like they could no longer fulfill tickets and there was no longer a list for weekend 1. They didn’t mention that they would continue to keep a list and you would be charged if they found you a ticket.
A few people have successfully contacted Lyte and received a refund for their tickets. If you’re in a similar situation you should try contacting them.
