hello all;

exactly what my title says, i’ve never been to coachella before, but one of the headliners they’re having has persuaded me to go: tame impala.

shoutout to my desert daze fam one time. hopefully this time around the weather is great LOL. anyways, i have several questions.

i can only go weekend one. i saw that GA is sold out already. so the next cheapest one would be the GA shuttle for over $500.

if using shuttle, it entails that i would be obviously staying at a hotel close by. everybody has told me that if i want to go, i should camp. can somebody tell me what’s camping like over there? is camping much preferred out there than a hotel? if i truly wanted to camp, how would i go about that? do people camp by themselves?

has anybody gone by themselves? how has that experience gone? i am [25, M] by the way.
