The name of the group is RAICES. A non-profit local group. http://www.raicesdelvalle.org/
The installation has a UFO with weird little aliens... with laser lights (at night). It was a group of 16-18 year old kids who worked on it. They are all taking shifts guarding the installation through the whole weekend. Say hello! They will be there for both weekends.
Give them a high five for me! Really talented young ones. Maybe send me your pictures posing in front of it. I'm sure they'd love some social media lovin'!
