Tournament Idea?
Post Body

Imagine a LAN tournament with current pro teams, or in all-star style teams, where they would play the usual best of 5 series but with maps from different game titles. For example:

MAP 1: Detroit Hardpoint (CoD: AW) MAP 2: Standoff Search & Destroy (CoD: Black Ops 2) MAP 3: Comeback Uplink (CoD: AW) MAP 4: Freight Domination (CoD: Ghosts) MAP 5: Firing Range Search & Destroy (CoD: Black Ops)

Basically a load of fan favorite maps from all different titles.

In my opinion I'd enjoy seeing this as a one off tournament but I've also seen people comparing CoD to CS:GO where they have had the same competitive maps throughout the game and just add to them which may be the reason to their growth.

The positives would be the viewership with these tournaments would hopefully be more than usual.

Negatives would include the downtime in between maps and obviously pros practicing would be difficult as there are numerous game titles. Perhaps the veto system will have to come back.

In the future we could have a good set of really competitive and fair maps to play at every event from different titles where the pros won't complain and also viewers will like seeing the different games. When the next game comes out we could then add the very best maps to the rotation.

This is a very basic idea and would be hard to sort out but what is everyone's ideas? I'd definitely watch.

TL;DR Tournament with a map rotation with different call of duty titles.
