Heavy Duty testing in competitive?

So i know currently the Heavy Duty game mode is currently only a playlist but if IW released it as a feature to active in private matches do you see it possibly being tested for competitive? I know that alot of people are complaining about snipers but if their 1 shot potential was still kept like it is now, do you see it possibly coming to being a part of the competitive ruleset? I feel as though if it did, we could have stalker unbanned again. What do you guys think about this and what possible changes do you guys forsee happening to the competitive ruleset if it were to happen?
