Okay, so i know last week there was a thread similar to this but i here's basically what i feel like should be discussed. There's a TL;DR at the end so don't worry. I'm a huge fan of most esports, i love watching pro Call Of Duty, Starcraft 2 and a little bit of League of Legends is pretty entertaining. I watch pros who stream Starcraft 2, League and Call Of Duty and I'm not saying that having fun on stream and goofing off is necessarily bad but compared to other streams, a big part of the pro COD circuit (especially when you see pros playing 8s) is alot of trash talk and bitching. I'm not trying to debate if pros should be streaming and bitching on stream and acting professional as it's their choice to do so, however, watching the general cockiness of pro players, the way some of them treat each other and the heated arguments they get into is ridiculous and at some points, even painful to watch. I'm not sure if this is exactly because of the fact Call Of Duty is a team based game compared to say Starcraft (i haven't seen much in the way of this in LoL) but i kinda feel like this bad attitude is kind of becoming synonymous with the pro Call Of Duty scene. Crimsix has a video talking about attitude and how it relates to confidence which is understandable however, i feel like overall, i think this attitude that some pros have and the fact that the competitive scene is slowly starting to be known for it is gonna hinder this esport. I could be completely wrong, im not sure. I'd love to know what you guys think.
TL;DR - does the cocky and bad attitude that the pro scene is slowly starting to be known for negatively impacting the sport?
