Kontrol Freek users, do any of you use O rings, if yes do you prefer them?

I bought some O rings thinking they might be a stupid gimmick, (been using KF for the last 15 years) so thought that there's no harm in trying them.
I for the life of me can't play on 20 sens, but with O rings it feels like im playing on 4 - 7 sens with them and I feel more accurate. I'm curious those that have tried o rings, do you use them on a regular basis now or just got rid of them because they're trash/dumb gimmick?
