Using club for the remaining month after notice of cancellation?

Signed up May 23, and a new (much closer to me) club Pilates studio opens up August 1st, which Iād like to join instead.
I know you have to give 30 days notice to cancel, so if I cancel now, will I still be able to use it for the remaining month before my cancellation sets in? Really trying to avoid double paying with the new studio start and trying to figure out how to time this
