What's your exit strategy?

I'm really curious to hear what others' exit strategies from DOC are. When I first bought, I'll admit I was thinking about making a quick chunk of change, then selling. After doing more DD, I've greatly increased my number of shares and plan to hold for at least 4 more years, ideally. A buddy of mine who is also a DOC holder has gotten frustrated with the SP (not gonna lie, I have too.) and wants to sell on the next bump. What are your plans? Hold until a certain price, for a certain amount of time, or maybe take some gains around the 20% mark?
