Present for this meeting were Councillors Grantharshammer, Overlord59, Oliviathecf, Tipper, 1ronicPills, Jazai, TheWooper. Absent was Llandshark.

Summary of Events:

First task of the Eleventh Cloud Council is to elect the next Cloud King. Candidates are Tipper, Jazai, Oliviathecf and 1ronicPills

Council vote leads to a tie between Oliviathecf and 1ronicpills.

Nobility vote to break the tie falls in favour of 1ronicpills who usurps Oliviathecf as Cloud King.

1ronicPills sobriquet is decided on and so begins the reign of Cloud King 1ronicPills the Hella Gay.

Overlord59 is voted as the new Diplomatic chief of Cloud by 4 to 3 against Jazai.

Tipper raises the issue of there being too little representation in the council and argues for increasing in size. After much debate the council agrees unanimously.

The new council rules will only be established for the next council and are as follows:

The number of seats will be increased to 11 and increased as required as following councils feel it necessary to avoid overloading the council.

To prevent people simply moving to Cloud and joining Council you must be present for two prior council meetings as well as a resident of Cloud to run.

The Cloud's representatives for the Commonwealth Parliament are decided on as Bstar, Bundertaker, WarriorSolution and Grantharshammer.

A Tournament will be held to determine a new Cloud Champion given Cole's absence.
