What’s the worst part about working with social media ‘influencers’ to promote your brand?

I'm looking into influencer marketing and am going to start developing a software similar to Upfluence, if you're familiar with that (essentially a platform that makes it easier to connect and work with influencers long term). Do you use influencer marketing for your business? Have you tried it? What we're the hardest things to cooperate on, and what made it easier?

Would love to hear your feedback as well as criticism on working with influencers.

The best software would solve the worst problems, so let me hear em... no matter how negative lol
