I got a guitar for my b-day and I have been using it for weeks. This issue is random and it sorted it self out last time it happened and now it keeps flashing and turning off and on. I tried looking everywhere online about similar issues with my model of guitar and I have found nothing. The model is KT612. When I first got it day 1 nothing was wrong, day 2 it kept disconnecting so I replaced the batteries and it keeps going on and off so I stopped using it for a few days due to frustration. I come back to it and its like nothing happened. Now a few weeks later its happening again, I replaced the batteries restarted my PC, unplugged and replugged in the dongle and I am still unable to play. Please help
