So I have tried making a Clone-a-Willy two times now. They both turned out just okay, but neither of them were as big as I am. I’m talking 2-3 inches less.

The whole point is to get a replica of me, meaning all of me.

A couple things.. First, I have a large one. I did buy extra material and all that. Second, I have a friend (possibly friends) that want me to make one for them and part of that reasoning is due to size! So obviously I want it to accurately reflect me.

Is there a way to ensure I get it all? I thought I was when doing it. Used a cock ring, etc. so maybe a better position?

Or, is there a way to make it bigger after? Like possibly making a second mold of the base and attaching it to the full mold before pouring the silicone? Or a better method? To clarify, I do not want to make it bigger than me.. I want it to just be my actual length.

Separate question.. is there a way to make multiple copies from a single mold?
