Curved tips

Hey yall,
I just bought a kit for my girl who had to move as a keep sake.
Any ideas for an upward curve? Not extreme, but enough that it touches the side of the tube on the top side
I'll be fine on the erection side of things -- but any tips for the powder or mixing or anything ?
Also, if I run out of materials.. what can I get at home depot or online as a replacement?
If it matters I'm about 7.5x5.5, and if I unbend it and straighten it out it adds another quarter inch or so
