So I made a cast that I'm pretty happy with, but it has quite a few imperfections. Silicone leaked around the sides of the mold, so there are flaps of silicone and little pockets and nodules where the air bubbles were.
Does anyone have any advice as to how to neatly and cleanly remove excess silicone or smooth off rough areas?
Edit: I have no idea how you people are posting images in this group. If anyone knows how to do it natively please let me know!
Edit2: I managed to tidy it up with a knife and nail clippers, looks much better! I'm happy with this, thanks everyone for the tips!
