Four days in… I don’t know if it’s wishful thinking, but I feel like I can see a difference in size, and it definitely feels different

Using 5% testosterone cream, applied it twice the first day, and then twice in the last two days. I feel like after the first two applications, I could feel a difference yesterday, and especially today. For example, it feels thicker, and harder, I feel like I can see a size difference as well but I’m not 100% sure. Sorry for the crap quality of the photos.
