Providers - how would you prefer to receive your donation? Does being on tour vs being in your home city change your preference?
Background:
As we all know cash is king. But as I was preparing for my next session I noticed the envelope was rather... thicc... and it just got me thinking about it. I've had providers in the past specify a preference but those were for longer (3 hr) appointments.
Before I found an ATM that gave larger bills, I would exclusively use $20s. Sometimes it was a hassle, plus the bank I was using at the time only had one actual branch office and was almost exclusively online. Since then I've gone into a bank to withdraw X amount from a teller, and had her ask me about it stating she saw I'd withdrawn a similar amount a couple of weeks ago.
With the way current US Tax laws are going, I don't see this changing anytime soon. Anything over $600 TOTAL being a mandatory report puts a bit of a cooldown on using apps like CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. Same with the changing laws/drastic fluctuations in Crypto. I know some apps (Paypal) allow you to send funds as a gift to friends/family, but will those be "outside of the scope?" I'm not here to argue one way or the other if taxes should be paid on your income - just pointing it out.

Most of my regulars pay me by direct bank transfer or occasionally other payment apps, for everyone else I take cash only (with the exception of deposits).
