If that’s your budget, then go find someone that’s within your budget!!! Why is that so hard to understand? I sent my rates, if he knew that he only had 100 to spend he should of just said, “okay thanks that’s more than I have atm.” Or something like that. Jesus even just not answering back would of been a better option. The audacity of these dudes……smh
