Recent spending by Cleveland = a sign that they could be sold?

Okay hear me out. The recent extensions and spending by Dolan seems out of nowhere and rampant all-of-a-sudden. Could this be a sign he is actually considering selling?

Think about it, if you were going to sell the team, you wouldn't want the team to be full of crap players with no foreseeable future of winning. You'd want to make your asset (the team) look as enticing as possible to a future buyer. Dolan does not have a history of big spending so why spend now? Because he can sign these contracts, make his asset look even more desirable/expensive, and then sell the team and not care if they contracts pan out or not.

If you really want to believe this is possible, just on the bandwagon with me.
