So awhile back I posted a question about asking if I was insane for renting a 500 sq ft apartment at The Intro for $1,800/m.
I wanted to come back and update Clevelanders that it is, bar none, the worst place I have ever lived. Not because of the apartment or the amenities or the staff, but because the residents there are truly some of the most obnoxious, judgmental, unkind people on the planet. Want to try to enjoy a book by the pool and hear what is essentially overgrown frat boys talking so loudly you can hear every detail of their life from 15 ft away? Want nurses with labradoodles to give you the side eye if you donât have a fake tan and lip injections like them? Want to be frowned at by people for simply existing in a body that doesnât fit their idea of a beauty standard? Want to pay luxury prices to feel like youâre in a fraternity when you want to enjoy an amenity for which you pay top dollar? Want throbbing Peleton-esque music to assault your ears in literally almost every common area? Try The Intro!
Seriously, if this sounds like your type of dystopia, take over my lease. Iâve never felt so ostracized and âotherâ than in that building.
