Where to hang out and make friends/gf for mid twenties?

I'm a mid 20s man, musician, student and work full time so I kinda haven't been able to make friends. Gonna be done with studies in a week and was curious where a reserved, quieter guy would go.
Edit: I'm in Clev. Hts. so west side stuff is kinda....no lol.
I'm already doing gym stuff so that's done already.
