Post Body

I moved into a 1/br for this school year that’s $525/mo. Not terrible but doesn’t include any utilities, so I realized I’m paying around $700-$800 a month total. I have to resign my lease in October, so is it worth it or is there another off campus neighborhood that has a 1/br with included amenities for around that $700-$800 price? Only curious because my current place is a sh*thole and I get envious seeing how nice other people’s apartments are. Thanks.
