Restaurant refused itemized receipt and charged gratuity for a party. (The charge is fine, but communication and a receipt need to be given so I know what I am paying for.)
Day 2: a $70 dollar refund screenshot was sent to me via FB. I have no idea what it is for and still do not have an itemized receipt.
gah!
Day 3: Itemized receipt. Without knowledge and communication they gave themselves a $98 tip. Fraud.
Even if I was incorrect on all ways about the service.... you don't get to tip yourself. Thats not how tips work.
BEWARE
Too bad the service is soo bad / up charging -refusal for full itemized receipt. The food is alright!
