Trying again to clean my depression nest

I’m back at it for another attempt after a pretty bad slip down the depression slope. I started today by getting all my laundry cleaned. As little as that is it completely wiped me out and it really starts tomorrow. There’s garbage, dishes, random stuff, I really need to get my shit together. Any advice on how to maintain it once it clean would be appreciated. I’ll post some before and after pics soon. Thanks for the support
