I'm prepared to get downvoted here. Please hear me out - I'm trying to find a good balance or better info than I have. My goal is to clean bathroom floors 1-2x per week or more if needed. Currently we don't have a specific system for how often to clean and I want to change that.
I don't like mopping/cleaning floors in general. I will take almost any chore over this. But I need to find a solution because my dislike of a dirty floor outweighs my dislike of cleaning them. Getting out a standard mop (we have an Ocedar) seems like excessive effort for the floor of a relatively small bathroom. However, swiffer wet can't get around the base of a toilet well so I haven't considered that to be an option, but maybe if I supplement the wet Swiffer with a quick hand wash around the toilet base - I could even use the Swiffer cloth and just reattach after using it. A Swiffer is better than nothing, but maybe for a bathroom floor with all its germs it's worth it to get a steam mop?
Is there a convenient solution I'm not thinking about? What do you use to clean the bathroom floor?
