Hello! I just joined and need some serious help. I am moving into a home. The previous owners DID NOT take care of this home at all. Its really bad… (holes in walls, blood or ketchup on the floor, dog poop stains on the floor) I need help with two things

1. How can I clean the floors without damaging them? They are wood and tile. They are musty, and have plenty of urine and poop stains. Would like this to be clean before I put my stuff on it.

2. The entire house has an odor. Not sure where its comming from or what it is, maybe from the feces and urine? Idk. But I need help on how to eliminate a house odor.
