How to clean bird crap off hat!

A bird got into my room. It crapped on my snap back hat (which was practically new) and on my carhartt jacket.

How do I clean this off my hat and jacket?

The carharrt is that duck type of material, not sure how else to describe it. But I think it is 100% cotton on the outside. The color is green. Kind of a dull green color

The bird crap is on the bill of the hat. I think the tag says the hat is 100% polyester (though it doesn’t feel like polyester to me to be honest). The brand of the hat is new era if that makes a difference. The bill of the hat is orange.
