Help with strain transfer from drier?

My recent load of lights ended up with blue smudging on them. Since there was nothing blue in the wash with them, my best guess is that it's from the back of the drier - most of my clothes are dark so I never noticed. Are the shirts savable? Open to try anything if it saves the one top, it's one of my faves T.T
