How to remove stains from a lamp shade?

Hello. Pictures attached. This lamp shade was victim to my elderly dog, who pulled it off its table and then proceeded to urinate and step on the shade (I think) ā¤ļø Iām not sure what the darker, grey stains are exactly. But, the large yellow stain is indeed urine. I cleaned what I could with just a rag and water. It does not smell. Just wanting to get these stains out. It is a canvas type material and is lined on the inside with a plastic material. Appreciate any help!
