Help! Brown streaks on clothing

I’m at a loss here. I keep getting these brown streaks (especially on lighter colors and whites) on my clothes. From my research I’ve seen examples of rust stains or hard water spots but those don’t match up.
We regularly use Affresh to clean the washer. We have softened water. Neither drum shows any damage or paint missing. I’ve thoroughly inspected both and just beyond frustrated.
I generally wash using between warm and cold and dry on med-high heat.
Any tips would be appreciated.
