I've tried everything! Or have I?

I found this really nice high vis vest for work. However the previous owner wrote his name in permanent marker across the reflective and I can't get it off! Rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, and nail polish remover....and nothing! Google isn't being much help. 😮💨
