Shower mold/mildew

I'm having the hardest time getting the shower grout clean. Can't get the mold/mildew staines off the grout. I use concrobium to kill the mold, which seems to works as it doesnt grow. But can't get the mildew or stains gone. I've tried, bleach based cleaners, bring it on cleaner, perxide based, stone/grout cleaner, bar keepsers. I have stone in the shower so I know you can't use anything too acidic. Some areas of shower where my products are have a bit of rust I can't get off either.
