I get so tired when I clean my room

I don’t live in a mansion. It’s just adhd lazy horrible sleep pattern. Basically I let my room stay a mess for months on end. Water bottles everywhere, clothes unfolded, laundry unpacked. Random napkins everywhere from drying my hands and using them as plates so I don’t have to wash dishes. Coins, floss. Random miscellaneous items. I just let the place get cluttered and unorganized. But when I try to clean it I feel like I’m about to faint. It’s not even a lot of stuff. I could knock it all out in 20 minutes if actually focused up. But I lose my focus so quickly that I went on Reddit just to type this all up to ask for help. You see how ridiculous I am? God I’m getting worse
