Do you guys follow any sort of cardio routine?

I was a cross country runner back in HS and took up distance running again during the quarantine as a way to keep active. I forgot how much I enjoyed it. Itβs such a good mind clearer, it relaxes me, and I feel great afterwards. Iβm up to roughly 5 miles per day, with one longer run per week and one rest day. Do you guys do any sort of cardio? Have you experienced any positive mental benefits from doing so?
