I am currently a member of a collegiate clay target team, and as such, my team has a monthly internal competition between team members. The purpose is to force us to compete under pressure, while determining rankings/squadding for our upcoming competitions, all while pushing each other to improve. Since I am among the teamās leadership, I will be putting the team internal competition on our calendar and was hoping for some creative suggestions on what to call it, because āteam internal competitionā sounds dull and boring. Thank you everyone!
