I know the guy is kind hearted and all according to kiyo but it still doesn't add up. He worked there for quite some time so he must've had a grasp on how powerful Kiyo's father is. So he should've known the consequences of his actions to himself and his family. And the time of the maintenance of the whiteroom aligning exactly with kiyo's age for high school still seem too convenient for me considering the policies of ANHS that prohibits outside contact. I still think there is another third party involved in all of this. Maybe kiyo's mom or Sakayanagi himself but who knows. Idk I might just be paranoid but I wanna hear your opinions.
