what can I do as a f2p to finish the game?

I made it to the final arena of the game and only need to reach legendary arena, but my issue is as follows:

My card levels are stuck 10-12 (1 card 12)
I face level 9 players with level 13 cards
I face level 11-14 players with an average card level of 12...

I've been stuck on the arena for a year now since 2021 and can't get out as the grind is real...

My main decks are goblin barrel based and well i can do decently up until I reach the level 9s with insane level cards and those who upgrade specific mid ladder decks to make sure they win... like what can I do??
