Jungle Arena Deck - flew threw the ranks (proof in text)

So browsing this subreddit, I’ve noticed lots ask for advice on decks or say they are stuck at a trophy count or arena. I started an account on another device a few weeks ago and built this deck very early on and it has done great for me.

I unlocked the bandit from legendary chest reward in the builders workshop, if anyone was wondering how I built the deck early on.

I find that this deck is very well rounded. The only thing that might be considered “weak” is high DPS air targeting units but i haven’t had issues yet vs balloons (main air win condition i see).

The deck is built mainly of epics with just one common and one legendary. My reasoning for doing this is because epic cards are so much stronger early on compare to commons and rates because they start at level 6 when you unlock them and takes only 1 card for level 7 and 5 more cards to get to level 8.

The best opening plays for the deck are goblin barrel. Second best is hunter or bandit behind the tower. You generally want to play defensive and build a counter-push with the remaining troops you have left on offense.

Something I love to do is to defend a push with a PEKKA and, for example, a baby dragon. Then push the other lane with bandit goblin barrel. Split lane pushing is crucial to this deck because the units in the deck get so much value and are generally annoying to deal with.

The only spell in the deck is zap. I those to opt for just one small smell as oppose to the “normal” small spell and big spell because I am generally able to easily get to the tower with say, a bandit and a zap for his skeleton army (see that A LOT in these arenas), or even a simple goblin barrel. Further, the zap is very easy to over-level and all I have been requesting to deal with decently leveled goblin gangs and other similar swarm cards.

Some general tips: - I’d avoid playing PEKKA in single elixir UNLESS your opponent plays a large tank (Golem, Mega Knight, Giant, Goblin Giant). - PEKKA is the big defensive unit. I would highly recommend playing it offensively. Playing it as a reaction to the large tanks mentioned behind your king tower is fine - Hunter will be your main counter to high HP air units. Save it for balloon or lava hound if your opponent has it as their win condition.
