Tokens?

I know they said they were gonna buff their drop rates after they made each player require a token to complete trade but i havent seen one in forever and havent been able to win any from the tournaments/challenges especially this earthquake draft, my rng was horrible i got really bad cards and lost all 3 games in a row.
Anyone else experiencing this i feel like the tokens have become almost unattainable except from the challenges or is my information wrong?
