Stuck at 85% every game

No matter if I do a trainers match first or a 2v2 or anything, every time I enter a game my load screen sticks at 85%.
It's not my phone, it's not my internet, it's not my cellular data. It's supercell.
Just went 0/3 in global tournament because I didn't load in to the game until I restarted the game twice.
This coupled with the lag when you drop cards really just makes me not want to play this anymore.
