It seems like they're trying to fix it. I got sent a refund to my PayPal for 20 USD for two arena 9 packs (I bought a second to help test), and they removed the gems from my accounts. As I used some gems for Grand Challenges, Guess what! I now have negative gems

They however did not remove the two legendary cards I got and I retained the 200k gold I got. Well, seems like a good deal from reporting a bug and trying to help to get it fixed

EDIT: for those who are saying I'm exploiting the game and being a **** to get more legendaries and gold, I'm not. I was just trying to help

I bought it once on accident because it said starter pack 7 and I assumed it was my arena 7 starter pack and didn't know it was bugged

The second time was because multiple people asked me to test whether it worked

Please don't falsely accuse me. Turns out trying to help caused people to think I was a bad person
