Can I compete with higher level players if I stick with the same deck?

So I've been sticking with my same deck since arena 3. I've used this deck so much that I got pretty good at countering and attacking with them. I've manage to make it to arena 6 by making sure all my upgrades and money goes to this deck.

Now that I'm in arena 6, I'm seeing some new cards and it's making me wonder - can I still manage to compete with these new cards if I stick with my this lower arena deck?

For the curious I have the following:

Fireball Giant skeleton Skeletons Barbarian hut Skeleton army Musketeer Dragon Bomber

Originally i wanted to go with an all skeleton deck but it was too tough.
