I have been hardstuck in arena 13 for a solid month now. Every game I win is against a basic bot playing a dumb hog 2.6 cycle or similar. I know they're bots because they'll log nothing, throw hog down even with troops destroying their tower from full hp, and similar absolute noob blunders that should not be occurring at 4000 trophies. However after I win a game I am suddenly facing Goblinstein or Little Prince decks (from real players in clans or similar) that are also 3-4 levels higher than mine on average. It is clear they have bought the champion bundles or the book path (pay 2 win). I am a free to play player on every game, so I don't bother buying cards or the pass. My loot drops also seem to not give me cards, two 3 star drops both gave me 7k gold instead of something like valkryie who is still level 9 for me cause I never get any of her cards. Even with clan requesting and wild cards I would still be several short of level 10. I don't understand how this is fun or attractive to new players. The next updates will be worse with dart gob evo and the new rune giant which will certainly lead to more pay to win strategies through evolution shard buying or purchasing the rune giant to max level it.
