I don’t understand why you have to win so many games to get to ultimate champion. It takes damn near 100 steps from Challenger 1 if you missed a season (god forbid you don’t play this cash grab for a month). That’s if you have a 100% WR, which you’ll probably have closer to like a 60% WR so it’s on the safe side 150 games to get there from the start. Even if you were ultimate champion from the start, the boost only gets you like halfway there. You have another grind to start every single month. It’s not fun to play 50 games JUST to get to the actual grind to 3k medals. Which brings me to my point: There should be a win streak system where if you’re winning multiple games in a row you get a boost in how many steps you go up. Maybe for every win after 5 in a row you get 3 steps instead of 1. It would make the gameplay less exhausting because it feels like you’re actually making progress. Not game after game of stomping on mid ladder kids until UC. Anyone else feel the same way?
