What is the best thing to buy with real money to catch up to maxed

Hi ' I quit the game around 2021 and I left at lvl14 every card , the last card release was the skeleton king
Since jumping back on this month I've got a few cards to and my first evo card (firecracker)
I'm prepared to spend around £40 to try to close the gap that are generally the best value for money purchases outside of the obvious battle pass? If you can talk specifically on the current shop rotation would be appreciated
