I'm hoping that this will garner the attention it deserves as another case of a hacked account and a lack of support has ruined Christmas for my dad. My dad created his CoC account in 2015. He wanted to enjoy the game that all his kids were playing at the time. Over the last 7 years my dad continued to play the game even though us kids have more or less stopped playing. My dad loves CoC. He travels a lot for work so it helps pass the time. Over the years he as created multiple accounts and runs a multinational level 20 clan. All of this time, money and energy has seemingly been squandered after his main account was hacked and his clan was cleared out.

My dad logged in and saw a lot of demotions happening so he began to take screenshots and attempt to thwart the attack

My dad has attempted to reach out to SC via support. He was able to provide them with lot of evidence that the account was his. He sent them screenshots of his first purchase back in 2015 as well as all the devices he plays the game on. Even the location the account was created and the ISP among other things. This attempt to recover his TH15 has only led to a 31 day ban of his TH14.

My dad does not want to reach out on his other accounts in fear that they will be banned as well. I'm hoping that someone here can either point us in the right direction or hopefully someone from SC will see this. Please help me save Christmas for my dad.
