I am aware the big debate here is probably keeping the sceneries in their own prestige and never letting them come back. Nonetheless, I strongly believe making the option of acquiring them again, after a period of time, just like the heroes skins, does not affect its value at all, if anything it adds up to it by letting more people acquire it and just have the freedom of enjoying the scenery they like. Honestly, I do think its an important feature to bring, since these sceneries are extremely well designed and some people maybe weren’t even playing at the time. It’s not like the festive decorations which purpose is to show when was I active playing.
